I was happy with the service at Vertu Volkswagen Hereford because I felt comfortable asking questions and Ellis, the sales person I had was brilliant, not pushy in anyway at all. He said I could call back if I had any questions after having the car for a couple of weeks, which I did and on the second occasion Kaitlin helped me out and she was great too! Couldn’t fault them.
